-           Signed a contract with local Compensation and site Clearance Unit to perform compensation and site clearance.

II. BEN THANH STATION

1.         Location: Quach Thi Trang Square

2.         Investment capital: US$150 million

3.         Technical details: Entrepot of routes 1, 2, 3A and 4.

III. BUS TERMINAL AT CHO LON

1.         Location: District 5, 6

2.         Objectives: Build newly bus terminal in Cho Lon to enhance customer capacity and in compliance with the general architectural landscape of the area.

3.         Investment Capital: VND 650 billion

4.         Technical details: The 4 upper-floors for commercial purposes and the highest level for building park, Middle levels for customer service, Ground floor for bus terminals, 03 underground levels for bus

and car parking.

5.         Investment form: BOT, BT or other appropriate forms.
